Introducing 2019-2020 Tech Team 

Hi, we are the HBRES Tech Team and we are here to give you an inside look at who we are and what we do! To be a Tech Team member we had to apply for the job and go through an interview process and write a paper about why we were a good fit for the job. Then we were able to hear over the intercom when we were selected! We were all so excited!

What do we do?

We produce Community Friday Videos. Community Friday is a school wide meeting where we invite the community to listen to our latest news, spotlight a grade level and recognize students who have displayed good character. We do photography, mic, sound and computer work.

Who is in Tech Team?

We are HBRES 5th Grade students. We joined because we are interested in technology and creating videos for our Community Fridays. Mrs. Murphy is a great leader of our club and we are so very happy to have her leading us. Check out the video below to meet us!

Our Exciting News!

We had something so excited happen! We received a HUGE donation from Jack and Gina’s BP in Hinckley. Every month if you use the Spirit Pump (Pump 8) a portion of the sales go to an HBR school club! November was our month and it’s exciting to know that we were thought of.

 This amazing donation has given our team a chance to think about what we could do with this money. We think it would be so cool to get a 3D printer! Not only could we benefit from this awesome tool, but we could see it used in multiple grade levels throughout our school. It makes us wonder what we could make and how we could use it!
